My Advent Wish #10

As I plan, work on, and print my photographic projects I make notes on what works, how it works, and how I’d like things to work (for me). This post is one of my 2025 Advent Wishlist Calendar. If you are a camera/lens/accessory manufacturer, feel free to implement those ideas.

Dear Santa,

We need to talk about Polaroid i-2. We really do. Let’s begin with the tripod mount. I double dare you to find a mount plate that allows you to change film without having to unscrew it from the camera. Then we need to talk about the missing additional holes for the second pin to keep the camera in place. While we’re at it, the tripod mount on a pro camera needs to be made of metal, not plastic. The camera also needs a flash socket to mount a flash on. It doesn’t need to be connected, but it would be nice.
