My Advent Wish #8

As I plan, work on, and print my photographic projects I make notes on what works, how it works, and how I’d like things to work (for me). This post is one of my 2025 Advent Wishlist Calendar. If you are a camera/lens/accessory manufacturer, feel free to implement those ideas.

Dear Santa,

I’d like you to have a word with Polaroid. I like Polaroid, I use Polaroid film, but I find it really annoying (and expensive) to keep shooting frame after frame ruined by the vertical stripe problem. I did clean the rollers, I bought film from different suppliers, I shot film stored in a fridge and not stored in a fridge. It’s the same story over and over again. The middle strip is lighter, underdeveloped on way to many frames (5-6) per pack. So, Santa, please have a word with Polaroid.
